Jean-Paul is a registered pharmacist and has been with MediSystem since 2012. As the Senior Director of Clinical Excellence and Continuous Improvement, he leads the clinical team of dedicated consultant clinical pharmacists and quality improvement nurses across Canada. Jean-Paul is responsible for ensuring that our clinical teams consistently deliver exceptional care while enhancing resident outcomes and improving processes and efficiencies in both home and pharmacy settings.
